E.h.c. was the low Prime Contractor on the $300,000 abatement portion of the project; also responsible for selective demolition, floor tiles, shot-blast mastic removal; removed windows both inside and outside building utilizing man-lift equipment; building 3 stories high-removed windows, glazing, frames, sorted framing for salvage; experience with plastic rolled ceiling tile removal; light fixtures which were also salvaged for Owner. E.h.c. also performed a second challenging project involving roof asbestos abatement requiring the careful removal, identification and disposal of dozens and dozens of ACM bags of debris.
