E.h.c. was the low Prime Contractor on the $300,000 abatement portion of the project; also responsible for selective demolition, floor tiles, shot-blast mastic removal; removed windows both inside and outside building utilizing man-lift equipment; building 3 stories high-removed windows, glazing, frames, sorted framing for salvage; experience with plastic rolled ceiling tile removal; light fixtures which were also salvaged for Owner. E.h.c. also performed a second challenging project involving roof asbestos abatement requiring the careful removal, identification and disposal of dozens and dozens of ACM bags of debris. E.h.c. was new to Penn State too and the University had to conduct similar due diligence in checking client/project references.
