Level 2 Inspection – Spore trap air samples, visual inspection of living spaces only (excluding attics and crawl spaces), moisture meter, and RH readings.
Level 3 Inspection – Spore trap air sampling only, with no visual inspection performed.
Level 4 Inspection – Visual inspection of living spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and accessible areas, without air sampling.
